For those who have read new blood … is there any other fiction besides ODST that you need to know before starting it

not really if you wanted to expand the experience. i say

read:

  • halo evolution dirt- halo: helljumpers- halo initiationnone are key to getting the plot but characters from all these books pop up in new blood. like i said its not essential. if you played odst you know all the impotent people already

ok thanks … I have read dirt and hell jumpers but not initiation. I have it just need to read it. That’s kinda what i wanted, any fiction that could tie end to that story … thanks

Well if you have Initiation, you might as well read it, but the only real important thing from it that is relevant as far as I know is Jun from Reach being a recruiter and New Blood explains that anyway.
