Edit: I’ve noticed 343i seems to say “Arena Multiplayer” in an odd way. Kinda like its not the only multiplayer available.
A lot of interesting stuff here. There’s a progression ranking system as well as the new CSR League system, and something called. “Spartan Hub”. Im intrigued.
Looks like a clean menu. Liking it so far.
The way they have been tagging everything we have seen so far with the ‘arena’ qualifier makes me a little nervous. As if we are going to a reveal of BTB or something and find out that is where all the loadouts and pods or something along those lines.
i know its a beta but i wish they brought back the clan system just in a less vicious way, we all know the reason why they got rid of clans for halo 2

Menu looks great. Clean. Simple. Id love to see the clan system brought back but implemented in a better way. One day maybe…one day

It further confirms my suspicion on 343’s continous neglection of the sangheili community, and their pursuit in the spartan identity, which i do not want any participation in.

I fell you Vex but i think they’re focusing on the lore of spartan training i mean look at the first image it shows unsc officers in the background and earth but that doesn’t mean invasion can’t be a possibility, in the escalation comic #1 palmer and a few spartans were in war games but they were fighting covenant so maybe that will tie in to h5g maybe BTB.
I like this menu it’s seems very clean and easy to navigate so far.

That’s what I’m fearing too… And what is with the exp? I thought ranks were going to be based on win/lostes?

It has a Spartan Rank and CSR rank i sure, much like Halo 4 did. One shows how much you play and the other shows how skilled you are.

That is the official reason, but they could simply say that the UNSC and Swords of Shangheilios are fighting against each other in a competition. Considering that the Sangheili value strong and noble warriors, that would actually serve to strengthen the bond between the UNSC and Swords of Shangheilios.

I don’t think 343i would implement that.
I liked how reach and mcc show ur friends on the side. I hope that returns.
