Just started with the wrong foot on SP expenditures. Anyone knows if is there a way to reset my character and start over again from level 1? Or maybe having another chracter created from scratch?

Just keep leveling up. Eventually you will get enough to buy everything.
There’s no way to start over, but you get Spartan Points pretty fast. You’ll get everything you want if you just keep playing.
You are SR13. You should level up like every 4 War Games or every 1-2 SpOps you play.
I wouldn’t worry about your first few purchases.
yea just play spartan ops, you level up super fast, lets you know how bad the ranking system is in this game
