Hello all day today 14/02 I found a player with a Battle Rifle white with orange stripes the gun was beautiful who know how to win me tell you all a good game.

No I believe the OP is refering to a modded skin. I don’t remember the name of that particular skin, but I know it’s modded.

No hes talking about the BR Blast skin. It is one of 3 skins that are currently unavailable by legitimate means, the others being the DMR Concrete skin and the Orbital Swift armour skin.
Currently, the only way to obtain these skins is if somebody mods their account.

OP: Like Phil said, the only way somebody can unlock them is through mods, however, I think there will be sec-3 codes in the future, each containing them.

…or to kill said modder in a matchmade game and loot the weapon off of his body.
Modding to play in matchmaking and showing off is just so cheap. I hope that guy gets in trouble I never seen that skin ither.

Nobody knows.
The only way right now to get it is to mod your console, which i dont support you doing.
We will just have to wait and see how you get them.
I believe the Battle Rifle BLAST skin might have something to do with a possible Halo 2 Anniversary. Just look at the colors, white-silver color with red-orange… seems pretty reminiscent of the colors used for Halo 2’s cover and such. Just a thought.
