Highly unlikely there will be new armor, but who knows?
What if the HCEA disk contained the new armor and all maps on reach needed to play MM? No Download, no problem.

It’s not impossible but very time comsuming and resource consuming and looking at the whole situation very unlikely.
They can add whole new playing areas, they could do a campaign DLC if they wanted to. If 343 WANTED to, they could release a legit expansion pack that changes a lot of things about Reach’s gameplay, adding new weapons, armor, etc.
Oh wait, Anniversary is kind of like an expansion pack! You know, something to add new things to the game. And the GRD helmet, do you think that’s just coming from nowhere? David Ellis has hinted we’ll be seeing familiar faces in multiplayer when it comes to armor. I think you need to think before you post.

The armor files are built into the maps, meaning the only way you’re going to see new armor is if you download the maps(including the ones on the disc) again. Try not to be a jerk to someone when you clearly have no idea what you’re talking about.

No, there wasn’t enough time to create new armor for Reach. 343 planned it but due to the time and resource constraints, they ultimately had to cut it. David Ellis said this on Neo Gaf awhile back and said the dolls that you find on the remake maps are in reference to that.

It is unlikely the image of the helmet was meant to get out to the public.
