Just go to customize spartan on your service record… its ultra rare
Note: I can only see it through the customize Sparta option in Service Record. Can’t see it through Reqs

Can you equip it? It’s been in the collection, but no known way of obtaining it.

Maybe you could optain it by purchasing the loot crate.
Yes the armor appeared for a short time in the in game req menu after the WZFF update. I believe it has been on the Halo waypoint customization list ever since. Possibly another armor for the upcoming HCS events, another earn-able armor like the Achilles and Helioscrill, or just un-lockable by req packs who knows.
