What if you could change the color of your shields? For example if somebody shoots you your shield lights up red, green etc.

i can see it now my spartan all decked out with steel colors to give him a dark and serious tone get shot and the shield effect is neon pink hahahahahaha yes add this woulod be awesome
I’ve had a few ideas myself about armor effects. Such as a trail of “broken code” that follows your Spartan to a short distance since the multiplayer is on Infinity’s holodeck. You’re idea is also a very neat one.
What about an armor affect like mud on your boots, red blood on your hands/legs, maybe purple blood as a different one (Elite blood) battle damage, etc. stuff like that?
I like this idea, it seems pretty simple to do and pretty fun at the same time.
