I am almost 100% sure there’s no dual wielding, but frank did come out and say there are 2 or 3 armor abilities that we haven’t seen yet.

I am 99.99% certain that 343i Has stated that Dual wielding will not be making a return in Halo 4. And as it stands, any “Rumor” involving dual wielding is false.
I got confused too at first. You can carry 2 primary weapons in your loadout, not dual wielding.
Dual wielding has been confirmed out.
And I don’t see how an Armor Ability will make dual wielding. An Armor Modification perhaps, but its still not true.
Armor abilities can only be temporarily activated. Imagine being able to dual wield for a few seconds, then you’d have to drop your second gun while it recharges.

1: it wasn’t something he “learned” it was a ability formed from his MJOLNIR enhancement
2: plus in all the halo 1-3 campaigns he could never run, but he had enough strength of two men to carry two smgs and accurately fire them from the hip? maybe the new Enhancements of the MJOLNIR mark 2 assault armor in halo 4 notched down his strength a bit to add speed, because now hes running like a pro!
3: the MJOLNIR has side effects that can harm you over time, remember the black guy who was a friend of John 117? he went through same thing, he fought for a while then it wore off and caused serious damage, maybe johns just now starting through this phase but the new armor is somehow helping to suppress it.
4: or maybe were all jumping the gun instead of seeing what happens next and if they will explain further.
Although my opinion?.. well they said you wouldn’t bee able too, and sence the only weapons you would dual weild is energy pistol, forerunner pistol that there working on (which looks really good sofar, FANTASTIC WORK 343In!!!), and magnum,…there definatly not going too, plus its a good thing, it wont feel like blackops anymore, AKA crappy.

Well put it this way. You just got fooled into thinking that Master Chief would need an Armor Upgrade so he could hold two weapons at once.
There is no Dual Wielding. Accept it or reject it, won’t make a difference to any of us.

LOl what are you talking about? Dual wielding has nothing to do with canon or armor.
If I can dual wield m16s, Im sure the Chief can dual wield SMGs without his armor.
Its a game mechanic like sprint. Sprint wasnt in previous halo titles because Bungie didnt feel the need to add it. Same with dual wielding. Its not in Halo 4 because the game would be unbalanced, or it would be pointless. Simple as that.
