Bottom middle is now wide open, camo placed there
Sword placed top middle, replacing Rockets
Top middle piston removed, allowing players to easily drop down to bottom middle

maybe they just think it’s time for a change. on the stream they even said they would be experimenting putting the saw in arena. it will be good to change up the power weapons.
Are there still Hammers on Torque? I’m at work can’t check.
I hope not. Swords and Hammers will be overkill with just random slashing. The hammers alone are already enough.
I like the sounds of the middle being open that will be interesting.

It has nothing to do with how many people know how to use it and everything to do with the fact that it’s really not powerful enough for people to go out of their way and grab it. Rockets are a game changer. The plasma caster really isn’t. When has the Caster outside on Empire ever had a significant impact on the outcome of a match? Pretty much never. Rockets on Eden, on the other hand? Yeah. They’re a big deal.

They are meant to bounce lol. Only the charged shot doesnt bounce unless fired at a vertical facing wall/

But they bounce exactly like I want them to thats how I get all my kills with them

Great, thoughtful response, bro. /s The fact of the matter is that there are almost always better weapons to pick up on the maps and decent players know it. Is the Caster garbage? No, but it’s also not as safe, easy to access, or plentiful as storm rifles on Empire or Truth. It’s a niche weapon. Rockets are more-or-less 4 guaranteed kills. Snipers can lock down a map.
changes to torque sound good, empire I’m not so sure about.
I was playing Torque flag and there was snipers at each base…was pretty fun
Personally I despise the changes. No need to fix what isn’t broken.
I’ve heard that coliseum has forge pieces on it now. And if torque now has an energy sword, then what happened to the gravity hammers?

I think the caster is great and easily used, but it needed to be switched out on that map imo. People will dash less when they see the “carwash” map now.
