They are in the req packs in the future.

Because they’re 343 exclusive, they probably won’t be in a req pack. The others were probably because it accidentally was added to a skin pack, then intentionally later, so they most likely made a new set of 343 exclusive skins.

You’re a little late. These new 343 skins have been out since about April for employees only. They have it for all weapons
