Not long announced on twitter, Quinn Delhoyo (@quinndelhoyo) has announced that he is officially joining 343 industries from 3D Realms Entertainment, the studio behind Duke Nukem Forever.
Quinn’s confirmation tweet:
Quinn is very good friends with Andy Dudynsky aka BravoMLG who also works for 343, so i imagine the pair will be working closely together in the coming months/years.

343 are certainly making the right moves to make halo the best game it can possibly be, additions like quinn & bravo, players who know halo, will ensure that good times are on the horizon.
Agreed, offering Bravo a job was the best possible thing they could of done in my opinion, Bravo is simply a great guy.
I am very sure if they were to offer jobs to other well known people that have stuck with Halo since the beginning then we would see some great results from them as well. Any friend of Bravo’s is a friend of mine and I am always happy to see more talented blood join 343i, it is definitely a good decision.

Duke Nukem was a HORRIBLE game,we are doomed

Well, i don’t think he was on the MLG circuit but he’s certainly well known among all that community, he must know his stuff.
If things go the way they should, i can imagine Sundance kicking himself that he chose BO2 for the circuit

Yeah, it really is becoming more and more apparent that 343 know how bad the multiplayer is. At least we know they are throwing plenty of money at trying to fix it.
What i wanna know is was he head hunted or did he apply for the position.
All in all, i gotta say that this makes me even more excited about Gears Judgement.

Id love it if they basically just sat bravo down and said,
‘Bravo, sort out our multiplayer, and make sure its awesome for future games. Bring in whoever you think can help the most. Heres a sack of money.’

oh i know him, he is the reason why the retro lancer never got nerfed but instead buffed it 4 times and lied about it to the community even though it was found in the Gears 3 TU data.

It’s great to know now that the DMR and Boltshot will never be nerfed. This is great news. /facepalm

xbox fileshare is up full support will be in probably right around the TU. Thy said planned at the moment. Plans can change and considering that there lifeline the thing thats drawing the most gamers in matchamaking is suffereing the dont need to worry about customs and forge at the moment. People who use customs are the most innovative people in the community and yes its sad that Halo 4’s modes arent up to par but really that all pales in comparison to MM its the foundation that needs to be fixed first If `the community is ok with the TU and its changes then 343 will starte focusing on other problems.
