Never search for a match after winning as MVP!!! I have realised that I often get paired with the weakest teammate of the last match… kinda weird, but I have seen this pattern several times.
When I mean search for a match, I mean right away after winning

Usually i change to Fiesta and play 1 or match, when i won a ranked match as MVP or i lost a ranked match and was the last of the losing team.
Absolutely true! the game does that so that you can’t have a nice win rate %

This is correct, I did 5 landgrab matches last night to finish off my last Fracture challenge only won like 1 out of the 5 matches because as you said I get paired with bad players

In H5, as the population fell further and further you would get recurring mix ups of the same players.
Kind of like a musical chairs of matching.
At the start you could just delay joining the next game for a minute or so and get out of that player pool. But eventually it got to the stage where that was the only pool and you had to wait 10 minutes to splash around again.
To the match maker’s credit the games were pretty even though.
I’m gonna start throwing 1 or 2 social games before I jump into ranked and see if it makes a difference.

In terms of your opponent rank it should soften your global (form) MMR. Which would give you softer opponents against your ranked MMR. A couple of easier games - but wins that don’t really help you build your MMR. Often you just end up boosting your CSR - which gets taken away with your next loss.
But it will be very interesting to see what it does to the make up of your team. Will you get tighter range of ranks? Does it change your standing in the game (do you stop being the highest ranked player).
