Never received teishen raikou armor

I played Halo 5 Multiplayer on Xbox Live before Nov. 7th 2015, but I still have not yet received my teishen raikou armor.

Any information would be helpful.

Self-Bump.

I excitedly pre-ordered the game and joined the fray. I heard about the armor and looked for it in REQ packs for months not knowing who to talk to. Life was challenging at the time and this was of lessor importance. Now I’m fairly sure I have the time and hopefully correct support to resolve this issue.

Why am I not getting a reply?

I got the game at Christmas and I didn’t receive the armor, but unfortunately I don’t know why, just try buying gold packs, sorry I couldn’t help

It is nice to simply have a reply from a person at all. It’s really deeply most appreciated. After spending too much time trying to figure it our on my own, I’ve gathered that a code may have been sent to my Xbox Live Messages. I didn’t even know there was a message system for that. I also learned that the messages get deleted each month. So it’s likely that my armor code that I was “promised” is gone. So I plan to give it a rest.

It helps just talking it out. That’s why your post was so helpful.

If you did play before that time,then 343 would have messages you the code for the pavk.Thats how I got it.

Yeah thats what I figured out on my own. I also figured out that those xbox messages delete themselves… thanks
