After spending hours trying to recover my email linked to my windows live account, I soon found out I never got the email about the specialization code.
I posted in the specialization thread (now gone) about my problem hoping I would get a message on Xbox live with a code. I did not…
I called Xbox live support only to find out they can’t help me either.
All of these hours of frustration has amounted to nothing. I still have no code and will most likely reach lvl 70 within the next week.
I am 100% fed up. I will not be purchasing this “map pack” and I will not purchase anything halo 4 related until this specialization issue is resolved. This company clearly needs to learn something about customer service. So congratulations 343, you lost another sale and quite possibly a customer. And based off what I’ve seen so far, there will likely be no response to this problem. I mean, you guys have already gotten your money and all. I applaud your business ethics.
So I’m posting on here to not only vent my frustration, but to show that I have a voice, regardless if 343 chooses to listen or not. i have played this game since the minute it came out. Halo is the only game series that I really enjoy. I remember playing halo CE when I was 13 and knew that this would be a great series. I hope 343 manages to turn this online community around.
He’ll just state that all the codes were sent out to eligible players and that put the passive-aggressive “thank you” statement on the end of it. Good Job 343 trying to cover up this issue.
so i cant access the email linked to my gamertag (grandxwizard) so i of coarse cant get those codes so im guessing theres no way to get them. is there any word on if they will make the specializations just a regular game update for everyone…even though i have played since the day it released

and what about europe? I’m french, many friends leave this game because of deception. Too many points needs too being changed. I’m player of Halo for the 1rst game and be realy disappointed about the way we get spec… even if I remember well, on REACH they had freeze lvls for a time, xp was earned but leveling up cames only after the de-freeze, hope it will be same here. It’s just, H:REACH was not the same game when it was launched than few months latter, so i’m sure 343i is trying to make it better, but it’s quite long I should add something about crimson MP : I find the 3 maps are too similar too be bought at this price, not interesting (after trying it). Such a pity… don’t you think Bungie should take back his game?
Guts they won’t release the rest of the specialization codes for everyone. It’s been confirmed. If you didn’t the code as I did not either, we are all SOL. Halo 4 is pointless now. We might as well return it

I’ve read that if you haven’t gotten your specializations by now you’ll have to wait until they are released for everyone. I never got my code, had to trade for it, then got complained to for making a thread about trading for a code. People can be so ignorant sometimes.
I should add something about crimson MP : I find the 3 maps are too similar too be bought at this price, not interesting (after trying it). Such a pity… don’t you think Bungie should take back his game?
