Thanks for your time. My friend and i never received the season pass with the Ultimate Edition. When we go to the store it says buy for $29.99. The Ultimate Edition was supposed to contain the season pass in the bundle. Is this a bug/glitch in the store? How do we get the season pass to show up for download? My friend game shares with me I hope this isnt causing this. Please fix this. Looking forward to a response. We are playing on the xbox one.
Did you receive Halo Wars: Definitive Edition? If not, perhaps you accidentally purchased the wrong version?

There is no “Isabel Pack”.
There is a “Forge Pack” that adds Sergeant Forge as a Leader in MP/Blitz.

Yeah we both recieved Halo Wars Definitive edition so we purchased the right version. My friend purchased the Ultimate Edition I’m sure of it.
I have the same issue, everything else downloaded bar the season pass, tries to tell me to purchase it when i go into store.
anyone figured out a solution?
I’m in the same boat here. On Xbox one, the season pass hasn’t installed and wants me to buy it, however when I look at the store on Windows 10, it tells me I own the season pass…
I’m just gonna ask since I haven’t seen mention it: Have you tried going to “My Games & Apps”, going to Halo Wars 2 > Manage Game, and then checking under ready to install?

Where might one find that on the Xbox app for PC? 
I have this problem too. I bought the Ultimate Edition for PC (disks) which allowed me to install on my xbox one, I have everything installed apart from the season pass which still shows as £24.99 on the Xbox store, on the windows store in my account it says I own it? Surely this isn’t right?
The season pass isn’t under manage game either.
Am I ever gonna get an official response from the Devs or Mods? We need this fixed.
Anyone got their season pass working yet? I haven’t.

I would call MS Xbox support. They have helped me in the past with store purchases and such and were actually quite helpful.

i personally tried contacting MS Support, they sent me here.
its nothing to do with their end.
This is insane. Its been over a week and still no official response from the devs regarding this issue that’s affected many users. I want my season pass that I paid for on my Xbox one, simple.
not sure with the digital but as for the physical copy… If you got the ultimate edition it has posted on the cover in the corner ‘season pass and HW1 Remastered’ pictures, then you got the right version. Going into the case they are on the SAME sheet of paper. The ONE code will redeem the 2 freebies(season pass, HW1) so it redeems 2 different codes. After that go to manage game over HW2 and go to the instal tab and make sure it is installed. Mine does not show up in my ‘games and apps’ but my HW1 Definitive does. Since that is the case I’m thinking just some bugs to fix but as long as you have one, you have the other because they’re both apart of the same code. Not to say that it’s working though if you have it… We will find that out with a DLC update.

I do not have the Season Pass but when I visit the store I can see:
Halo Wars 2 Season Pass
It says “Owned” underneath it.
However, there are no options to download it so I’m assuming it will be available to download at a later date when some extra content has been released and the Season Pass becomes relevant.
