Never Received Prize from In-Store Microsoft Event

Hey all,

My teammate and I participated in the Halo 5 2v2 Microsoft In-Store Tournament on September 3rd. We won 1st place and I have yet to receive my prize. My teammate received his over a couple weeks ago (10 Platinum Req Packs + Gold Participation Pack). I’ve spoken with numerous Microsoft support people but none have been able to help. I’m always redirected and nothing gets resolved. The events coordinator at my Microsoft store told me to contact support as there was nothing they could do as they’ve submitted the list of gamertags already to Microsoft. I’ve called Microsoft Corporate and I always get redirected again back to product technical support.

Anyone have a similar issue to this? Any solutions?

There doesn’t seem to be an easy way to reach anyone who would be able to help with this.

Any input would be appreciated.
