So i bought a large req pack bundle and never received the packs. I have restarted the game and contacted xbox support but neither worked or helped. The money is pending in my account but i never received the content. Where do i go from here to get the content i paid for?

Same thing happened to me, XB support kept me on a line for more than 7 hours too, i never got my money back or any gold month thing they promised to give me. they be a bunch of -yoinks!

I had the very same issue. Xbox support escalated my ticket to the Xbox Advocacy team. That team reached out to me within 3 days. They apologized for the error, credited my Microsoft account and then some. They said they could clearly see that my code was redeemed successfully however there was in fact a lack of REQS appearing on my account. I bought the 15X REQ bundle for $44.99. They credited my account $64.99 for the trouble. I am still not going to repurchase the REQ packs with all the issues that are happening on Halo’s servers right now. Overall I had excellent service from Microsoft on this matter. It was not the most timely of process though. Good luck!
