I wait all day but never received my ODST code, had the game since day one and have many achievements from before December that proved I played online, so who do I need to talk to to get a code?

Yup never got my code either. This getting stupid. HALO is broken. Matchmaking is still a joke. Now I don’t get a code???

If you’re sure you meet the requirements and still don’t have your code, first of all go and check your Xbox Live messages. It seems to be advisable to check all the places you can get a message - Xbox One, Xbox.com and your 360 (if you have one), some people noted not getting a message on their X1 but did on their 360. I had my message come to me via SmartGlass. I read it on Xbox.com and redeemed there as well.
If you don’t appear to have a message, you’ll probably have to contact Xbox Live support. You can make a post over in this forum and someone should be able to help you out. It may be advisabel to wait another day or so - as with the free month of Xbox Live, it could be that they are still rolling out codes in waves. Yesterday quite a few people on the forums posted about not having a code, only to post / edit their post 30 minutes later to say that it had come through

I found it in my messages. Check there first. I think many people will find it in there.
Here to post questions and vitriol but after reading here, Checked and it came in my Xbox One Smartglass app only. No messages on the console. Look around People. Seems appropriate I guess… anyway I still appreciate this very ambitious project, and I will continue to cut it slack so I can play all these games in one place. Thanks for releasing ODST.
