I never received the email codes for the extra specializations and now im locked at level 70. What can I do to resolve this issue?!

All specializations will be unlocked for everyone early 2013.
Yeah Ive heard that but I either got them and deleted them by mistake or didnt recieve them to begin with. My achievments show that I played the game before NOV 20 …is there anything else i can do?

As I previously said you will have to wait. The codes have been distributed and they will not be sending out any more. Early 2013 is the closest time frame in which they will be released.

I cannot really say much more than what Demise has already said. Just be patient OP and you will have your specializations unlocked soon enough.
