Never played Halo but I have a service record

Hi

I created this gamertag today and I’ve never played any games on it, including Halo Reach, but somehow I have a service record.

How do I get rid of it because it’s not mine?

What?!Really? Well It can be,the name you are using must have been someone else profile, but they must have changed it and the system kept some info still on it.

That was my first thought but then I started thinking and the person that had the gamertag before me must have changed it. When that person changed the gamertag all of his/her stats should be transfered to the new gamertag they’re using so it’s kind of weird that I’m stuck with that persons old stats.

spits water out

Seriously. Please tell me your joking.

I’m not entirely knowledgeable on how the Waypoint site grabs and tracks stats from the MM servers, but your hypothesis sounds likely.

Try playing some online matches in any Halo game, and see if that triggers a Service Record update.

I would play Reach but I don’t have the game anymore. It’s just kind of annoying to see someone else’s rank on my profile.

Hmm, thats rather odd.

Try sending bs angel a private message and explain to her the problem you are getting.

Rather strange glitch.

Seeing as your new, click the text that is lighted up and it will take you to bs angels profile
