This achievement requires 4 wraiths to be killed from 4 different turrets. I have fulfilled this requirement more than a dozen times and cannot get it to unlock. I own spartan assault on the Xbox One only and have only ever played it on my One. I bought it before it went on the games for gold deal (if that matters).
I have tried killing only 4 wraiths, tried killing only anti-air wraiths, tried making sure to destroy the leftover wreckage as these were all fixes I had read about on other achievement hunting websites.
The wraith AI seems to have trouble navigating the map and gets frequently bunched up going around the mountain just north of turret #3 (from south to north, assuming north is top of map). Doubt that really contributed to the achievement being glitched, but it does make it harder to earn.
Does the Xbox One achievement app show 100%? If so, this is likely because there is an occasional delay (usually a day or two, although I had a friend who waited 6 months before it unlocked) between the completion of an achievement’s requirements and the unlock of said achievement.
The built in app shows 0% if I play with the app snapped it doesn’t go up any % for each kill. Should the progress tracker go up 25% for each kill or will it go from 0 to 100% when it finally decides I’m worthy?
I’ve also tried force quitting the app and hard restarting the console, as well as playing for it offline just now. Still no luck

This is very curious. For now, it seems as though your case is isolated, but I don’t know how achievements work on Xbox One, other than a brief overview, as I do not own the console yet. Because of that, I am unaware if it will unlock, even if it says 0%, in the next few days.
I suggest waiting for a week or two. If it isn’t fixed within that time period, let me know in this thread.
I recently learned a new trick to check these all-or-nothing achievements that usually don’t say 0% or 100%. Go to the Friends app and Compare Games with someone. Does the achievement say “Locked” or “Locked (100%)”? If the former, then the game doesn’t think you are meeting the requirements, so there may be a bug in the game.
If the latter, then the game told the achievement system that you met the requirements. In this case, it’s the Xbox One achievement system at fault for not unlocking. This official answer claims that it should unlock on its own in 24 hours. Of course that hasn’t happened for you, nor for many others.
I had 4 achievements in Guacamelee reach 100% on Thurs and Fri with no unlock. I redid the requirements yesterday and they unlocked. Someone else had mixed results, with some previously glitched achievements unlocking and some not. Regardless, after Thursday’s Xbox One achievement outage, perhaps some improvements are being done on the backend. I’d try again and hope for the best.

Down the list, the achievement you are seeking should assist you on getting it. Now, with regards to the achievement not unlocking, I did hear someone a few months ago mentioning about that problem and I mentioned to him that it may be a glitch, but to double check, follow my guide and work your way down the map. However, I want to ask, how many wraiths do you see, b/c sometimes one of the wraiths get stuck?
When I go to compare with a friend it does indeed say locked 100% but still has not popped after roughly 2-3 weeks. I have completed it as recently as this morning around midnight. I had previously also tried going from top of map to bottom as the guide suggested (tried EVERY guide i found). Usually there were 7 total wriaths for me however only the first 2 could make it to the bottom of the map, rest getting stuck just north of 3rd turret from bottom.

Ok. I know that glitched. Had that problem on the 360, and the Wins 8. 2 of them get stuck on the 3rd one indeed, by that one rock. Let me try to come up with a solution to lure them out, b/c I did 3 attempts on it and it unlocked that achievement.
I tried some other stuff to get this to pop yesterday like clearing cache deleting save getting alternate MAC deleting profile and re-earning… still wasn’t working.
played some titanfall since i had heard that most peoples stuck achieves unlocked while they were playing something else… (titanfall DLC has lots of stuck achieves, so now i have more to deal with :()
but then today when i was “watching TV” (playing Xbox 360 thru the HDMI passthrough) it popped randomly. Now I’m 1000/1000 in spartan assault
