Sorry … I had the IWHBYD skull on and was giving an Elite my fuel rod gun since I only had one round in it, and I took a moment to take a sip of tea when the Elite said above quote (since I left Chief staring at him.)
It cracked me up, which is always better with hot tea in your mouth.
It was just some dialog I never encountered before.

I always laugh when some random Brute yells out (usually to grunt reinforcements) “No inappropriate touching!” Lol, gets me everytime.
Your right… In 6 years I never saw any ELITES on The Ark…
This is what I missed in other Halo games. The funny voice acting and quotations, made me laugh so many times…

They also say it to Arby on Arbiter … You don’t need the skull but it does make it much more likely to be said… I played way too much campaign in tjose days
