Do you happen to have an achievement unlocked before 12/18/14 in TMCC? I didn’t see one earlier than 12/25/14 for you. It’ll be hard to prove you’ve played at the required dates without at least that.
But first, are you sure you don’t already have them? You’ll know if you qualify for all the items if you scroll down to the very bottom of your “nameplates” list and see a golden spartan helmet. If you have that, you’ll get everything else when it’s released.
