I bought the 90$ version of the game, and that extra app that we had to download which is supposed to give you 14 req packs + 2 each week, I downloaded. But when I started the game, I had no premium packs. After a few games I only had golds and what not. No premiums, anyone else have this issue?
Try uninstalling the pack bonus and reinstalling it. That worked for my friend.

i got the pack to start with but i havnt got 2 this week, i might try that

It’s not 14 packs + 2 each week, it’s 14 packs broken into 2 packs per week for 7 weeks.
