Situation. 16-gon (Hexakaidecagon, 16 sided polygon) 16 respawn points, one in each corner, no respawn zones. (Gametype in film is ZB Instant Respawn for Octagon)
Call me a noob, but is there any way at all to make the spawns truly RANDOM? Because even with all them being neutral, no spawn zones… each individual spawn is acting like a spawn zone? Example, Fileshared 16-gon gameplay.
Spawning tendencies noticed.
- Enemy tends to spawn on opposite side of where enemy was killed
- Some times this would result in enemy spawning next to/behind you
- during a multi-kill/spree it seems like you capture spawns near you preventing the enemy from spawning next to/behind you.
These tendencies made gameplay rather predictable… even with 16 Neutral Respawns. Is there anything else I could do to make it feel more… Idk, less predictable? Say… random? (some competitives freak out)
Also is there also other rules that neutral spawns follow that result in what I observed in this gameplay of 16-gon? Any information I could test will be greatly appreciated.
Edit: Film in question is 16-gon gameplay
