Well if your NAT is open and the packet lows is low/excellent, you should have no problems finding matches.
It also depends on the playlist you search in; if it has a low population search times are going to be much longer.
Do you lag often in matches? It could be that your internet is not that good. If possible, try to get with a better provider.
