Updatestream Bandwidth : is in the red mark is it posed to be in the green !

it still red on the Updatestream Bandwidth and the lag on it Messes with the Internet no happy it also dose it on halo 4 as well some time but not as much has halo reach.

I guess what you could do is turn off any device which is using wi-fi which you aren’t using to give you a better nat?
