Can you do the Network manipulation glitch as long as it’s under 30k credits? I’m not interested in boosting although my friend would like to reach my rank shortly, I’ve advised him not to but he’s doing it now.

It all depends on when the ban hammer catches you, like you said, your friend is abusing it, he will get credit banned if he continue to do it.
