This problem is getting worse by the day and must be addressed soon as I personally am getting tired of people cheating the matchmaking system. About half the games I play people are teleporting, creating lag, and are sending me into black screen multiple times during those matches. Three quarters of those black screens I come back dead from and the connection bars next to the players names fluctuate like crazy. Also to make it clear it is not my internet connection as I am running between 10 and 15 megabytes on cable and is very consistent. Please get this worked out soon as this problem is the real issue no why your game is losing it’s fun factor. If need be I will post a few of these matches on my file share just so you can see yourself. Also to anyone who reads this that is a cheater, get some honor and some skill! Thanks for your time 343!
If it happens to you more than once every ten games… Then it’s either YOUR connection or your geography. Sorry, but one person running into all the cheaters is very unlikely.
I’ve only run into this maybe 2-3 times so far, one was a hill game on Ragnarok. After black screen, enemy team had both mantises and an extra 30 seconds of hill time.
One I think was okay just host dropped.
One yesterday was CTF and just kicked the whole team out, preventing us from even getting XP (honestly can’t remember if we were winning or not, but there were only 2 flags scored).
I agree that people can abuse it, and ways to stop it should be investigated.
