This network error occurs and I cannot play online because the version is lower than other’s, and I cannot even make team with my friends
But it’s really strange that this problem had been solved in last update, but it comes back in the March 20 update?! why ?!

I’ve checked your image, but i doesn’t realized the window 
so, and why can’t it be a network problem?
not really just because it disappeared for a short time and 3 other guys have/had the same problem, or?
and when it was fixed with the 7th march update, why isn’t it in patchnotes?

have you checked your xbox app/setting/network:
is there no terredo messag, blocked nat or something else? (and it doesn’t matter what was stated 2 weeks ago, the current state is important because an nat and also your teredo can change during the day)
yesterday i had also some teredo issues, but not while playing hw2. but it can really change in a short time even if it workes for months. (depends on the users, the network, the router~~, the system)~~
have you done some "privacy settings in windows?
you want a solution but you don’t give any usefull informations… even if it’s a game bug (what i don’t believe) whould it need some system infos to reproduce it.

i have checked that, of course, there is no problem with my net setting according to Xbox guide
