I have not been able to play a full game without being booted from the game. At first it was due to stasis, now it is randomly happening. I have been SOO close to winning many games but it just kicks me out. Thanks Halo Wars.

I have the same issue. Just check my game again trying to look for anything. And I did notice that the 29 of june update wasn’t downloaded to my game. I check it by looking at the Price of the Hero Units. I notice they weren’t at half Price like the update said. I think this could be our problem. Still, I need to figure out how to update the game.

I just completely uninstalled the game and installed it again. Everything is working now.

If you’re on Xbox, go to my games and apps→halo wars 2→press start→manage game→on the left side of the screen you’ll see a menu, go down to where it says saved data→delete both the reserved space and your accounts saved data
It stopped me from getting a network errors every game, and it’s faster than redownloading the whole thing.

I didn’t lose anything. Maybe a checkpoint in the mission, but it seems that most things are saved server side. (Hence the service records)
For some reason it does say I’ve only played 7 hours and it put my level to 7.
However I did get my level reset back to 50
It’s that or totally redownloading the game, which would mean deleting the save anyways.

This does the same thing for me on windows 10. The servers just dump me around five minutes or after around 20 but rarely do I get to finish my game. this needs attention.
Can 343 PLEASE say something about this issue. I was 1 win off onyx in 2v2 and i ented the game vs very low level players then the game dropped out but not my internet. I lost 90 freaking % on dimond 6. Now ill have to play 7 games just to get back to where i was. Just make it so if the server gets disconnected that we dont lose rank… PLEASE!!! I cant grind my rank. Im onyx in 1v1 and 3v3 atm

Bro this broke my game. Now i get network error instantly like i cant even connect for 1 seconds. It stays in offline mode and all of my stats have been reset and all campaign gone. Did u troll me?

I can confirm he did not troll you. We have both done this and it works. At first it did say he was level 7 instead of 50 and his service record was a little goofy. But everything came back.
