I had a platinum level ranking, just about to diamond, and had some network connectivity issues a few times with my ISP provider, and now I have been knocked back down to Gold 5 after i was booted from 2 games because of the connectivity.
ANYTHING I CAN DO?

Sorry OP but there is no way to grant that rank back. You’ll need to play a few more matches and rank back up again. It’s unfortunate but necessary. While Halo 5 can discern between quitting via the menu and disconnecting, it cannot discern the difference between being dropped from the server or from you pulling out your ethernet cable / turning off your wifi. It needs to treat both of those the same otherwise it would be open to far to much abuse - people could easily disconnect themselves to avoid penalties if they are losing
