NET Problems after Crimson Release

We all know that Halo 4 has “some” problems with latency on the servers that make many times the game unplayable. Some weeks ago they wrote to have fixed it, and in fact the connection became more stable, even if still far away from being fine to everyone.
Now, after the Crimson release, the matchmaking changed radically (at least for me). Shooting register with delay, there are some “random teleporting” around and a constant small lag that makes the game harder then normal. (for example today I meleed a player, he died… and I got “kill from the grave” as medal ._. Seriously, it’ lags so much that I can punch players after getting killed?)

I know that many players never had problems with connection, and you msut be lucky for that, so please don’t post things like “Never had problems, you mad”. I need to see answers from those that have this same problems on gaming that ruin the fun.
(I like to play SWAT, but it’s unplayable if my shoots arrive 1 second later than the other players…)
