Nerfs and Buffs don't mix.

Nerfing of one unit and Buffing of another does not create equality but rather more disparity.
I would suggest before nerfing something.
Perform the suggested Buff and see how it currently affects the game.
Just for example
Forge Hog Anvil round buff, but Cutter ODST nerfed
What if they left Cutter ODST alone. How would ODST matchup against the Hog.
And I don’t mean in battle but rather in the game
A powerful Hog can kill Cutters marines. But if Cutter can call in some ODST he could still damage Forge economically while the Hog is busy somewhere else.
Teleport Nerf. Vs Pelican transport.
Teleport was nerfed and Pelican range increased.
In my opinion they should have equal distance.
The distance for both these powers should be equal to the distance needed to travel across the Badlands power node gap.
Hunters Brand slow nerf vs creating a leader like Serena that slows and freezes
Same for nerfing Cutter Raid vs Serena ice slow and freeze.

My suggestion in the future is to make the necessary buffs before you decide to Nerf something.
