Hello all!! First Post.
Recently bought the New Nerf Infinite Shotgun in hopes of getting something exclusive in game when it comes out, aswell as having a nerf gun to shoot people with at home. although when i went to redeem the code it came back as -“The code entered was invalid, please verify the code was entered correctly and try again.” unsure if the code has already been used? or if it was infact a limited time code on the box as stated. Bit of a bummer, anyone else got anything on this?

I entered my code and it was fine. Maybe try in a different browser in case that’s the issue?
there’s a separate error for already used?
Did you include the dashes?

Tried upper case, lower case, with and without dashes, and different browser
looking like its not gonna work
any way of getting another code?

Unfortunately you’ll have to go to the Mattel (I think) customer support. They’ll put a ticket order in and then it’s a waiting game…

you think thats worth a shot??
do we know if the code is exclusive to the shotgun only?
or does is the code the same for all the halo nerf guns?

Nah it’s separate weapon charms for each weapon. I got one of each and all three codes worked

Nah it definitely shouldn’t come back as invalid if it’s already used - it would say it was already used.
There’s nothing like a captial O or a 0 you could be misreading?

Per the above: look for characters you might be mistaking. If it says invalid that means you’ve entered it wrong. If there are hyphens are you including them? If there’s a O or 0 have you tried the combinations.

Per the above: if it was correct, it wouldn’t show as invalid.
I already have the Funko Pop one (and a spare as it happens because Game sent me that instead of the other MkVII without the code. If you want to PM me I’d be happy to take a look and suggest ways to fix it

Remember that you need to enter the promo code like this XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX in capital leters with the symbol in between every 4 characters, we also know that you can redeem 1 code per line, 1 for the spartan collection for the wct armor coating, 1 for the world of halo 3.75 inches figures for the wct emblem, 1 for the funko pop mark VII for the funko coating and emblem and 1 for the ma40 from nerf wich i have not redeemed yet
