Nerf AR k thanks bye

Thing is though, why are you -here-, on these forums? I don’t go on CoD or Fighting game forums to tell them about the games they’ve enjoyed for decades. Just say, “not for me”, and walk away.

I’d rather ar spam than the br that I had to put up with in Halo 3, but yeah, I could do with the ar having less range. It should be a starter weapon, just something to tide you over until you can get a power weapon. I have a similar but opposite complaint with the gravity hammer, which I feel could do to be a bit faster, making it feel more like a power weapon, a weapon I WANT to pick up and fight for. There’s some balancing issues to work out here. Please buff the ravager back as well

I don’t think you have a leg to stand on when speaking about someone else’s intelligence when you yourself aren’t the brightest bulb in the drawer.

Everyone else recognizes you are a troll and a rather poor one. All you’ve done is cry about Halo’s core mechanics that have been around for 20 years. You can bugger off now, though. Repeating yourself on everyone’s posts will get you nowhere except peoples crosshairs, maybe.

I agree completely. I’ve had experienced none of the issues constantly being whined about. Run pistol and clean up with ar if pistol doesn’t get the kill.

I disagree with everything in this post. It is not too powerful, it is just now a usable weapon that gives you chance hen players are equipped with better weapons. And as the AR is the man weapon in the game, that is ok with me.

The BR has an advantage against the the AR in range, but disadvantage in close-range.
The Bulldog has the advantage in close range, but disadvantage in range. But the Bulldog needs to be upgraded to a one shot kill when they are 5 feet away.

But the AR is finally a good gun and it takes skill to know how to use these different weapons effectively.

Why do you keep bringing up Gears like it’s skilled game by any standard.
It’s just a bunch of apes one shotting each other with shotguns, bayonets and chainsaws.
That franchise is one of the most casual pvp games that there is.

I like the AR, but add my vote to the slightly nerf column. Increase the spread by maybe 5%, it’s just a little bit too effective.

Increase rof to make spread less of a creep and harder to control at distance, but more deadly close quarters?

the AR in this game is like any AR from CoD. high range, high accuracy, and high damage. it’s actually so unfun to fight against, it may as well be a better bulldog. infact, it is. it has such a high amount of damage in both close and LONG RANGE that it’s just a better bulldog. it’s a spray and pray with 0 skill like the SAW.
what i recon it needs is either a spread nerf or a accuracy nerf, cuz this is so unfun, i’m better off having fun in ranked

Nah, I think it is pretty much perfect in close quarters. Increasing rof would squash anyone dumb enough to drop the AR for the shotty or mauler.

It needs nerfed. End of story.

You know that nobody is forcing you into AR lethal range right bud?

Hold distance, play smart.

Honestly with such curt vehemence that I tend to see from your posts concerning the AR, it does sound like you’re the kind of player that just wants to have their BR and not worry about having to play around its weaknesses when matched up against the AR at the latter’s suitable ranges.

The fact that you started this thread, disappeared without making any other post for 14 days, and now have come back for seemingly no reason other than to bump this topic back up to relevance with this uncompromising vehemence is not exactly a compelling look in my opinion.

I’m pretty sure the maps 343 purposely made small are

Which ones would those be?

Remember boys. Hold down RT, just hold it down. When the going gets rough, hold it down some more for those succulent, cheap, lack of skill kills… for the ultra downgraded Halo experience.

Everything I have said has been true. It needs nerfing, too blind to see it… or don’t wanna give it up because you actually have to try.

So just going to keep posting out such exaggerated, blanketed statements and top it off with “Yes, I’m right, always have been right, will ever be right, nerf, nerf nerf.”

Yeah, very convincing.

Once more, knowing that you will not reply to this or anyone else who disagrees or challenges your claims is really the cherry on top.
