Neon Superfly looks just fine on MK V, why not let us use it?

Doesn’t 343 know by now that we know that armor coatings work crosscore? Don’t they know that we know there are no UI issues with crosscore coatings (see recruit and HCS coatings). Don’t they know that people who like MK V aren’t going to buy a coating that doesn’t work with MK V? If they do know these things, then why not let us use it? It works perfectly fine:

They need to make ‘shop’ armor coatings universal.
