Like all of you I am a major fan of the Halo Wars and the Halo Franchise. I find Halo Wars 2 to be an OK game. I can really appreciate the ideas, artstyle, and every aspect that went into creating this game! What frustrates me and the reason this community is negative is Because we LOVE this game and don’t want to see it dead! If I was the creator of a game I would take every detail and idea from my colleague’s and the true fan based community to create the best Halo Wars game ever. Now where I find myself getting irritated is I find that only a little bit of listening is really happening! Of course these major game breaking patches will be in place cause they have to or literally 5 people would play the game. But outside of these basic Patches other ideas don’t even feel like they are being thought about! This game has the potential with teamwork between the developers and the community itself but with out this cooperation there is a chance the game can never exceed to its fullest potential. This game has the player base and community to be great but things must be change and worked with and great ideas need to be implemented. Let’s make Halo Wars great again!!! 
I have seen s7etch reply to some threads, so at least he is listening. I can agree though that we don’t really know how of our feedback is being taken seriously, but remember that there is a lot of halo wars fans eager to offer their input, both good and bad.
For some of the new ideas you mentioned, unfortunately, new maps and new factions will not happen as it has been confirmed by s7etch. It really sucks, because I have read lots of cool ideas that maybe would have improved the game. I hope that they prove me wrong and try to release a new map.

Agreed you also got to remember that 343 is a company that needs money. I’m not saying they are money grabbing but if they loose money then there would be no more Halo. Without getting all political alot of companies and people are struggling for money. It’s an unfortunate circumstance that means things have to be compromised but you can’t blame 343 for that.
When you create a game that is pleasing any and all other problems, especially 
problems, will be taken care of.
I am wondering if they’ve already given up on the game, are giving people the season pass they paid for, and jumping ship. It’s sad, but things are kind of looking that way.
It’s a possibility that I already see but when it comes to these things I love to be proved wrong. Especially on a game I really do enjoy spending hours on and conveniencing people to play who later fall in love with the game! HA
The way you’ll bash them I wouldn’t be surprised if you get your dlcs and they leave it as is…that’s just my opinion.
