You’ve completely missed the point of FFA, then.
You don’t have to go positive to win, you just have to get the most kills and most clean-ups until you have 25 kills. The only time where going negative can result in a loss is in team environments.
Because there’s only two scores and two sets of deaths being tracked, as opposed to six different scores being tracked independently from eachother
I could go 5-6…somebody else could go 3-2, and camp the entire match…now you say I deserve to be at the bottom of the leaderboard?
what happened to the system saying you suck so much you shouldn’t be playing this game (not you the one who went neg)
If you worry about K/D you are playing the wrong game
You’d be correct in 1v1, in FFA it means nothing.
being higher on the leader board in FFA (and most slayer matches) is all about kills and assists, and some time damage dealt

The goal is to get to 25 kills as fast as possible. He is better at doing that than you are, obviously.
Anyone else care to explain how FFA works before we move on? I think I almost understand now, it’s something about getting kills but I’m just not sure I get the whole picture. Thanks everyone for trying but I guess I’m just a big ol dumdum.

You can die 50 times but if you are the first one to 25 kills, you win… That leads to a negative KD rate…
I can’t say I agree with you.
The objective is to get to 25 kills first.
Death has no toll, nor should it. If he chooses to charge enemies and pray to trade, so be it. He’s figured out a tactic that works for him it would seem.

This is typical behavior of someone who had the general populous completely disagree with him.
You can also argue that this group is nothing but a bunch combative little children who cruise around looking for things to complain about, and you would fall right into that category.
I’m a big lover of FFA, and a big supporter of tactics others would often find unusual but still seem effective, and this guy figured out something that worked, and was controversial enough to make another person whine about it online. He’s a winner in my books.
