As I got the achievement, I am in no means complaining, but as neither I or anyone else on my team scored 10 skulls (highest I scored was 9 in one run), I think 343i need to look into it. I happen to know that the opposing team did score with 10 skulls at least once and somehow five out of the six of us got the medal.
I should point out that it was a 3 vs. 3 match and nobody but me in my team scored.
I had the opposite, teammates scired and got me the medal 2x and i scored 10 without a medal and no achievement.
It randomly unlocked while j was at work though
Looks like its time to play some headhunter and hope it unlocks before they patch it.
Yeah it randomly gave me the achievement in my first game about a minute in. Lol I don’t think either team had 10 points.

It’s so bizarre. From what I have seen in this thread so far, there is more than one way that this achievement is broken.
Played a single game of headhunter last night, and close to the end of the match it appears everyone in the whole match was awarded the medal for seemingly no reason. Initially I thought this would be the hardest one to nab, but looks like its the easiest.
Yea it’s definitley bugged as I’ve only played one match of headhunter and I got it and I know I shouldn’t have cause I’m absolute trash at halo in general but especially so at headhunter and I didn’t score 10 skulls the entire match let alone all at once but they enemy team did and that’s when I got the achievement which I’m fine with since I never would have gotten it otherwise in a million years XD

I would have gotten it after several games, I’m sure. However, I don’t think I would have gotten as frustrated as I did when I lost my nine skulls had I known I was going to get it anyway 
The achievement unlocked for me when I picked up the 10 skulls. I didn’t put the skulls into the delivery zone, but I still managed to get the Skullmanjaro medal, and the achievement.
Was able to get it by turning in 5 skulls in one shot. Once it gave me the Skullmanjaro medal the achievement popped.
I got a skullmanjaro on my first game of Headhunter but I unlocked the achievement before I got the skullmanjaro medal.
It for sure was bugged.
The voice said skullmanjaro out randomly when I was at 8 skulls. I then grabbed my 10 skulls and got the medal but the achievement was already unlocked
