One is a special rocket hog.
One is a scout-style hog (troop transport?).
One is the needler hog.
And the last one… It’s got a standard-looking turret on the top. My guess is that it’s just a standard hog with a covenant overshield, but I suppose it could shoot fuel rod rounds… But I doubt it given that it’s only uncommon.
maybe an incinerator-hog, or a double co-driver warthog (something like 3 seats, the pilot covered in the middle and other 2 players on the side seats, and obviously the gunner at the back), or a energy shielded warthog, or the transport hog but that it allows you to board it even when you are using a turret, do you imagine a transport hog with 4 passangers with turrets, or rockets.

I think that already exist (kind of) the gausshog, because the hannibal vehicles are like gauss variants of those vehicles.

Not necessarily. There could be some improvement on the gauss hog/rocket hog/standard hog which they could refer to as Hannibal versions.

Fuel rod hog is a great idea
Also add a car like modern day ones that doesn’t have an open top so the driver can’t be sniped

that sounds fittable, however the gauss hog wouldn’t have nuch difference, maybe changing the “heavier armor” with an energy shield, but a bit strong like the hannibal mantis one
