The blood of suban is pretty much better in every way in terms of performance, too.
And hell, if you watch the theory on how needler weapons work, honestly the BoS makes plenty of mechanical sense.

The Blood of Suban is the Needle Rifle, it just looks like a red Carbine. Your analogy doesn’t make sense since soccer balls are smaller, softer, and smoother than basketballs.
