Needle Rifle vs Carbine (which would you want back)

OK needles vs very hot plasma.
they both look sorta the same and reload the same.

I don’t see much diffrence besides the needle rifle does not have a such a loud sound.
I mean if your being shot by a carbine no matter what you can hear that like 200 miles away while the needle rifles sorta hard to tell.

So which would you want back
the carbine
or the needle rifle

In Halo 3: ODST the carbine was the best weapon.

I prefer the NR way more because it actually hits the target when you shoot with it instead of spreading like mad. I wouldn’t mind the Carbine making a return if it had little to no spread.

Both would be better (and have both DMR and BR)
But if I have to chose one I chose the needle rifle

I never really grew faund of the carbine but the needle rifle is one of my favorite guns in Reach.

So I would like a needle rifle return.

Carbine. Just felt more powerful, even if it was the same. Plus there’s already a needler, why would we want another weapon that does pretty much the same thing.

the carbine, the nr is over powered for a real halo, if its in reach it shouldnt be in halo 4

I’ll go with the Carbine please. A trusty, one shot, precision weapon with no bloom.

Carbine. The carbine can fire faster, and just seems alot cooler. The needle explosions are not needed. Either way, we are not fighting the covenant in Halo 4 so I do not expect either to come back.

I’m actually gonna have to go with Needle rifle on this one. The Br should return along with the DMR. The new DMR has no bloom and a faster fire rate, but it takes more shots to kill someone. The new DMR can kinda fill the carbine role. The Needle Rifle was cool because of its super combine ability.

If the we’re talking a Needle Rifle without bloom, then the NR. But it’s close really. I enjoyed the carbine from H2 and H3.

I prefer the NR’s precision (when double-shot). Either’s ROF is nice.

Needle rifle because the carbine’s accuracy is worse than the BR’s, DMR’s, and the needle rifle’s.

The carbine should be in. It’s a really cool weapon. I hope it mantains its ROF and clip size from previous Halo games, but with a slight damage boost.
