I had an hour left and now I can’t play. Have internet connectivity to everything else, but Infinite saysbI am “offline” (this is a lie). Spent the morning working on remaining and used challenge swaps to get rid of ones for game modes that weren’t coming up.
They said the servers would go down an hour before Season 2 starts for some maintenance or something.

yeah they take down the servers for a while as they update the game. i feel your pain dude. i was trying to get that too, but i ran out of time before i got to finish it. nothing like having odd work hours and long hours that make you unable to play after you get home.
Here’s a free heart for being one of the unlucky people who cut it too close. There was an official Twitter post from the PR representative about it several days ago but no mention of it in-game so most players wouldn’t have known.
Season 2 will likely be starting when the servers get back online.
I had the challenge last night and tried like h e l l to complete it but I gave up. Getting a perfect against sweats is impossible for me. The challenge system is absolute garbage.

Pro is dumb. “Pro gamers” offer nothing.
They should have done the maintenance at the start of season 2, not the end of season 1. Or the challenge screen should have shown the actual time remaining.
Plus, yeah the challenge was horrible. I though they said they were going to make the capstone challenges more reasonable.
Sorry you didn’t get it. But tbh bro, this was one of the better challenges because it is a feat of skill without rng. I hope to see more like it.
I got it last night playing ranked. It wasn’t easy but I did it. But I was thinking of switching to big team battle and trying to find a AFK player and just perfect them. That actually might have been easier.
You just completely suck at the game. My friends GF who just started playing halo no more than 3 months ago even got the challenge completed. Don’t be blaming sweats or the challenge for your own lack of skill.

Sorry you didn’t get it, but most every server based game comes down for an extended period when there’s a big update.
