Can anyone give me some tips for beating the wardens on Round 5 in Stormbreak. Can’t seem to get the vehicles in place to kill the mythic and always lose that round. Tried spawning weapon reqs but run out of them before doing enough damage.
6-8 Hannibal Scorpions usually does the trick for me. Nothing else really works very well in my experience.
You need a good team that is willing to use their REQs. Tank and Mantis can actually hit the wardens on the side most of the time, you just need to find the right angle. Aside from that, the Plasma Caster, Twin Jewels, and Rocket Launchers work great. If you have the Grenadier armor mod available, I’d use that as well.
I’ve managed to fly my phaeton in there a few times and do damage!
Vehicles and heavy weapons like Incineration cannons/plasma casters.
You won’t do it unless most of the team are helping in this way though because lots of Knights with incineration cannons spawn in the base as well and they can wreck your vehicles quickly.
I think this is the hardest map, I have an 8% win rate on it (1 in 12).
I find wraiths work great in this round with the right combo of mantises.
Wraith on the platform opposite. The trick is to have your teammates “lure” the warden to an open spot. If they don’t do that 5 Hannibal Scorpions won’t help you.
Tanks, manti, phateon, banshee ultra… basically any heavy vehicle at req level 6+
…or if you want to control adds while the rest of your team is doing that, then an answer, light of urs, Nornfang maybe, incinerator cannon will even work. + an overshield will help

Do remember this. The last one does need to be lured away into the open.
And always remember then; Tank beats everything!
Thanks for the responses…I see a lot of people mentioning scorpions but the problem is being able to get them on the platforms to to have a line of sight… The best suggestion I haven’t tried is the wraith to blanket the field…the other problem with scorpions is people block the way if I’m trying to work my way in with mantis…
Any of the high level Saw’s work well too, they melt Wardens. Just make sure to have your updated shield on.
