Need technical help, can't play Halo 4

So here is a video demonstrating the problem (I went into FFA so I wouldn’t screw over any teammates)

So I went to Speedtest.net and the results were:
Ping: 142 ms
Download speed: 28.51 Mbps
Upload speed: 2.20 Mbps

I’m using an Actiontec C1000A router through Qwest/Century link, they asked me if I needed a router for “Gaming” and I told them yes, and went with the recommended plan for gamers.

Here is a pic of my router settings:

Here is the screen from my Xbox’s “Configure Network” page:

I’ll be the first to admit that computers aren’t my specialty. If anybody here has any idea what I’m doing wrong, or how to fix this, please let me know.

Heading off to work now, bumping in the hopes that somebody will have answered by the time I get off.

You might want to read The Halo 4 Known Issues Thread or atleast:

> Unable to load Campaign and/or matchmake
>
> If you are unable to load a Campaign mission, returned to the title screen or crash in Matchmaking (immediately after the countdown or while the map is loading), or having trouble installing Disk 1 to your hard drive, please try the following: If you have a hard drive with enough free space, please attempt to install Disk 1 to your hard drive. If the install fails, please send us the following information, as it will help us identify the issue.
>
> - Console ID (you can find your Xbox 360 Console ID using these instructions: http://connect.microsoft.com/XboxLIVEUpdate/content/content.aspx?ContentID=14068
> - Service Date (found on the back of the console).
> - Serial Number (found in the System Info screen or on the back of the console)
> - Product ID (found on the back of the console)

Is your nat open? To check click start, and network and it will tell you.

Did you try re-installing disk 2?

Your maps aren’t being read by the system. You can tell because there’s no map-preview pic in the box where it shows the map. You need to delete your 360 cache and try again. Also, if you are playing and the maps are on a portable device (USB), make sure there’s more than enough ample room on the drive.

Other suggestions:

-Install BOTH discs, not just disc 2.

Alright guys I cleared my cache, then reinstalled both disks and then proceeded into my first game of FFA in a very long time.

It appears to have done the trick, thanks a ton guys.
