I cannot find how to contact 343. I never received any email or message through my XBOX Live account. I bought HALO4 and have been playing since Nov.7. The forums indicated that a code would be sent to unlock the additional specifications. I didn’t receive one yet. Can 343 please resend my code?

I think there is a lot of people in the same boat. This system is really messed up to try to get these codes. It makes playing the game very frustrating. I have been stuck on SR70 for 3 weeks.
All codes have been sent out in more than one way to all of those that were eligible. The TU in January I believe is the time that the official release of the specializations will happen.

Yeah, I’m not sure what’s up with the level cap. Microsoft and 343i isn’t exactly holding up to the promise.
I am located in the US. I was hoping that someone from 343i was monitoring these threads. The official threads in this area were closed so I didn’t see more for where to post these types of messages officially.
