Seriously though, I would like a variation of the old shotgun back, but I’d rather they focus on more important things then make an old design.
They might add it as a REQ or a legendary weapon like the SPNKR rocket launcher or the original BR skin.

The Halo: Reach model was definitely the best, IMO. I don’t know why they had to go and completely change it in Halo 4; the new version looks boring by comparison.
I want the Halo CE Plasma Rifle more.
Halo Reach Shotgun was by far the best looking Shotgun model. I wish they could reskin it to that.

Cool idea however for me I actually like the current shotgun model better.
I’d love to see the M90 shotgun back, as long as it’s not the H2A mp model.
I prefer the Halo 4/5 design mainly because the Aliens franchise was a major inspiration for the Halo franchise and the new Shotgun model literally looks exactly like a weapon you’d see in the Aliens franchise. It looks so much like the Pulse Rifle from “Aliens” it’s uncanny and for that, I adore it. I also prefer the 5 shell limit.
