Need help with this error.

I can log in perfectly fine. The problem is when I click on a previous game to check it out, it gives me this message every single time.
HALO WAYPOINT SERVICE PROBLEM
THE HALO WAYPOINT SERVICES ARE HAVING TROUBLE. PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER.

I understand if occasionally the services are having trouble, but this happens to me EVERY single time I try it. Can somebody enlighten me on this?

I apologize for any lack of clarity. The issue is when I click on the games in game history. Whenever I click on the games, that message pops up.

I get this same issue quite frequently as well. I’m assuming all of the game data doesn’t get processed completely, but it still shows up in your history prematurely. Waiting a few minutes and hard-refreshing the stats page (Ctrl+F5) usually helps.

Sorry, what we are trying to understand is, is it with all game history that you’re experiencing this or with a specific game title (ex. Halo: Reach game history, Halo 4 game history etc)

Additionally are you noticing this just with your game history or when you click on anyone’s.
