Hello, I purchased Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition at Gamestop and was given the download code. I used the download code and downloaded everything that came with the code in the manage game screen. At time of original download I was able to visibly see the season pass on my console. Issues with my Xbox caused me to uninstall the game and re-install, but I was seemingly unable to re-download the season pass visibly on the console. When Kinsano came out I had to call Xbox support and tell them I have the season pass but the DLC was locked for some reason forcing me to purchase… This has now happened again with Colony… The CS lady at Xbox said there may be an issue with a token and they can’t issue a new one to me for some reason. XBox customer service sees that on my account I have the season pass. (I tried to re-download the season pass and it’s forcing me to pay for it again.) Any help would be greatly appreciated.
